    How to add more employees to employee name sheet? The sample only give 5 name choices, but we need more. Not sure how to increase employee amount adopted by each month chart.

    PLEASE come back and update with more detail how to add more than five employee names! It’s not working/clear with the steps you posted above.

        Even when you do that, the drop down selection on the main tabs only shows the top five values from the “Employee Names” tab.

          You’re right, but you’ll have to drag the employee names on the months as well.
          So drag it down in ’employee Names’ and drag it down in each individual month. Took me a while to figure it out..

          So figured it out.
          You have to change the data validation of the employee cells.

          So as before:
          -Pull list down in ’employee names’ tab.
          -Pull list down in month you need more names.
          -Click on a employee cell in a month , f.e. employee 1
          -Go to Data tab
          -Click the data validation and change the source from
          ” =’Employee Names’!$B$4:$B$8″ to the number you need.
          So B4- B8 (5 employees), changing B8 to Bx and it works.
          -You’ll need to do this in each month it seems..

          So Fixed, share the knowledge!
